The following is recommended for safe shipping and process of your refund timely:
- Place the contents into a shipping carton.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package / product.
- For your protection insure the package and ship via a traceable method. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number. Any merchandise returned without an RMA number will be refused and sent back to the customer at customer's own expense.
All Products must be returned within 7 days of RMA approval. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches, damage or usage and in the original manufacture box accompanied by all packaging, manuals, and accessories. Product must be 100% complete with ALL original package contents and packaging materials.
REPLACEMENT AND EXCHANGES
- All returns must be accompanied by your ORIGINAL sales receipt. Product must be in its original condition without any scratches or damage
- All NON-DEFECTIVE returns are subject to a 15% Penalty.
- We do not accept partial returns.
- The Customer pays shipping for all NON-DEFECTIVE returns to Atop Deals INC.
- Atop Deals INC recommends you fully insure your return shipment in case it is lost or damaged and you use a carrier that can provide you with proof of delivery for your protection since Atop Deals INC will not be responsible for any damages to the returning shipments.
- Expected turn-around-time for all exchanges is 5 business days from the day we receive the product back. Although Atop Deals INC will strive to process claims within 4-5 business days, shortage of inventory, overload or other special circumstances might delay the process.
- Please allow 5 business days to process refund.
- All claims for shortage, manufacturer's defects, or shipment error must be made within the first 3 days of arrival.
- RMA number must be visible on all return shipment’s label or may be refused and returned back to you. A copy of the invoice must be included in returning package.
- Under no condition will Atop Deals INC cross-ship any item.
- Return to Seller: 15% restocking fee will be charged, if package is returned back to the seller as non-deliverable, in cases such as buyer refused delivery, if wrong address provided by the seller or cancelled order that has been shipped from our warehouse. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
PLEASE NOTE_______________:
- Before returning any product to us, you first MUST obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Any returns mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice and automatically returned.
- To obtain a RMA, please visit the RMA center using your member login; RMA number once issued is only valid for 5 days from the date of issuance.
- Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing parts fees) will be credited to your account upon our acceptance of the merchandise in like new condition.
