We offer Money back guarantee for all orders delivered after the delivery commitment time. Upon RMA request we refund your order as applicable, please read below for refund limitations:
The following limitations apply:
- The request for money-back guarantee must be submitted within 2 days of order receipt.
- The request for service failure must be submitted using our online portal using your member login within the designated time frame.
- The money back guarantee applies as follows:
- Less than $499.99 = 100% refund
- More than $500 = $50% refund
- The money-back guarantee does not apply in the event of other customs or regulatory delays.
- If the recipient specifies a customs broker other than carrier broker, the money back guarantee is void.
- For multiple package shipments, the money-back guarantee would apply to every package within the shipment. The refund will only be processed towards the package within the shipment that incurred the service failure.
- A refund or credit will not be given for shipments delayed due to incorrect addresses or to the unavailability or refusal of a person to accept delivery.
- This money-back guarantee does not apply any duties or taxes the customer paid for.
- This money-back guarantee does not apply to undeliverable or returned shipments.
- The money-back guarantee excludes the following:
- Disruption in service caused by weather
- Delays caused by acts of gods (e.g. flood, storm, earthquake etc.)
- Delays caused by public authorities
- Strikes, riots or other labor disputes
